Adults only.
Only coaches and team managers use the app. Children never sign up and never log in.

The bare minimum about kids.
A first name (or nickname), the first letter of their surname and their age group. No birthdays, schools or addresses.

No messaging with children.
There's no way for an adult to message a child in the app. Team updates go to parents.

Photos are off.
There are no photos of children in the app. If photos are ever added, each child will need a parent's written, specific consent.

No ads. No selling data.
We will never show ads or sell or share your family's information.

You're in control.
Export or delete a child's information any time, right from the app.

Coach notes stay private.
Coach-only notes are never shown to parents, never exported, and are cleared when a season is archived.

Lives on your phone.
Your team's details are stored on the coach's phone, not on our servers. No tracking and no third-party analytics.
How the app makes decisions
The team picker and sub rotations are worked out automatically by the app. They use attendance, team history and the coach's settings, and the coach can always change them. Any optional coach-only skill setting is private, never shown to families and deleted at the end of the season.
